Position Summary
This person shall be energetic and find joy in keep the buildings of First United Methodist Church of Winter Garden clean and ready to use in ministry. He or she should be physically capable of carrying out the required activities as they work independently throughout our church, in a somewhat flexible schedule, according to church activities. They will work together as a team, with the staff and the members of the church.

Position Summary
The Preschool Director is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of The Learning Center (TLC) and its programs. He or she has the responsibility for the supervision of the teachers, assistants and staff. The individual will work closely with the Senior Pastor and the Business Manger to support the mission of TLC and the ministries of First United Methodist Church.
